“Civilization begins with order, grows with liberty, and dies with chaos”

- Will Durant

“Chaos demands to be recognized and experienced before letting itself be converted into a new order”

- Hermann Hesse

Things have become very confusing- we are here to help

Good To Know is here to provide useful information about your own society. Super computers, money, culture, disease, climate, government, economics, and good old fashioned war- things seem to be changing underneath our feet and above our heads. It is our opinion, though hardly ours alone, that we are experiencing a paradigm shift in our civilization. Maybe it is a hundred year cycle, or 250 years, maybe a thousand, maybe something never even seen before, or maybe all four (our opinion). Any way you slice it, what we’re pretty sure of is this: the future you anticipated isn’t going to happen. So now is the time to take the reins.

In our journey toward unpacking this rickety mess we call society and trying to craft a workable future of our own, we’ve happened upon some pretty interesting bits of information. We thought we’d share them with you here. That’s our whole mission.

Volume One: The Rise of Socialism

Our study begins the rise of Socialism in American thought: How it has happened over time, what some people like about it, and why it presents specific and recurring problems. Exhibit A is the immense influence of BLM. We’ve come across an interactive flow chart that shows BLM’s socialist background… Good to know, eh?

Following that high-level look at BLM we’re going to dive a little deeper into the men and women- many who were well-meaning ‘true believers’- who have perpetuated revolutionary Marxist sentiments over the last 150 years or so. It is both fascinating and troubling. The goal of our socialism project is not to cast stones- America is a free country, think whatever you want. But it is to drag the debate out of the shadows and into the light. A good deal of deception has been employed by some of these characters, and still is being employed by a large number.

You deserve to know that.
